Once you have visited our website and dates you desire are available, you are welcome to make contact with a view to book directly here .
All administration, special requests , and all matters and correspondence relating to your booking are handled exclusively by the owner of the villa who is based in Bali.
The personal involvement ensures all needs are met and delivered with little or no chance of miscommunication which often can happen when layers of people are involved in a booking .

In some instances, agents do play an important role, especially when the owner of the property does not reside in Bali and cannot guarantee what is offered. The important thing to remember is, someone with accountability needs to be present in the area of the villa offered to ensure, what is offered, is delivered.

We have had families, friends, VIPā€™s and even Royalty. I particularly enjoy bookings that are in dire need of a getaway. Freedom Villa is popular with first time visitors to Bali and people that often frequent the island, as it is walking distance to all Seminyak attractions or a short taxi ride. Spending too much of your precious holiday time in traffic can easily be avoided here.
Our Villa is also popular to groups of ladies that want to get away from everyday urban life and enjoy a vacation together, be pampered without lifting a finger, or lift lots in our fully equipped gym.

Freedom is a destination villa for milestone celebrations/birthdays.

We include one trip from the airport to our villa and one trip back. Should there be multiple flights that require additional trips either way, we can also provide this at a nominal charge

Freshly cooked breakfast is provided for and included, every morning of your stay with us. If you have any dietary requirements, our chef will gladly accommodate you.

Bali, like any other destination in the world, has its crime but it is not disproportionate to its population or visitors. Its always prudent to stay vigilant and apply the same level of care and caution to strangers as you would in your own country.
Like anywhere else, late at night, alcohol, confusion, attracts opportunists. This is more prevalent in niteclub life around Kuta

Avoid ATMā€™s as there is and has been a skimming problem on far too many cash dispensing machines, particularly around supermarkets, convenience stores and general tourist.

Go to our availability calendar here . This calendar is in real time. When you have selected your desired dates, make contact with your questions (if any) and requirements. We will get a quote back to you immediately, along with instructions on how to pay. Once a deposit is paid, the dates are yours and become unavailable to others across all calendars .

Many of our guests are families with children. In order to cater for them, we can arrange pool and pond fencing, stair gates, cots, high chairs, baby seats and capsules and much more as required.
We can also engage on your behalf the service of a trusted and competent nanny for part or the whole stay, as desired.

Our villa is well maintained, kept immaculately clean and is not attractive for pests. We spray rooms on turn down and have coils placed in living areas to be safe.
As a precaution, bring high DEET concentration repellents if you are going to spend time out of the villa ā€“ we keep local repellent FOC at our villa. This way you and your loves ones will be protected from Dengue carrying mosquitos which generally come out in the afternoon.
Bring all your medicines, sunblock, favourite spirits (laws on quantity)

Of course! Your rate includes breakfast and the services of our chef for lunch and or dinner, as desired. The only cost is for ingredients used at face value for lunch and dinner (receipts supplied).
For lunch, let chef know the night before or morning at the latest, providing lunch is late. Morning of the same day for dinner is acceptable notice.

It is customary in Bali as a whole to tip, but not mandatory. The service charge in your booking goes to our staff equally. Should you feel you received exceptional service and care, tips are welcomed. Please consider tipping as a group rather than individually.

Our staff can arrange any tours, restaurant bookings, drivers, taxis, personal laundry, Masseurs/beauty therapists and much more. The purpose of senior staff is to make your stay enjoyable and relaxed.

Be careful which money changers you use. There are pop ups every where claiming to be ā€œauthorisedā€ They are usually deep in the back of cheap shops or down a lane out of the way, but they all have signs with exchange rates on sidewalks. These rates are always unbelievably high and rely on operators giving you much less money through distraction and abuse of trust. Use the 2 major money changers which are trustworthy . These are PT BMC and PT CENTRAL KUTA

The best tip I can offer is , never leave home without comprehensive travel insurance. Always check if your credit card offers adequate insurance and it never hurts to have both. Medical services here are very good, via international clinics and hospitals if required, but very expensive, even by western standards.
Also check your policy disclosure carefully if insurers cover motorbike hire

As a rule, we have not loaded Freedom Villas rates, only to offer discounts back.
For a Global award winning villa, its location, quality of inclusions and ongoing investment in ensuring each guest is like our first, and around $100 per person (based on capacity) we believe our rates represent excellent value.

We are open to incentives, usually for last minute direct bookings (within 60 days) where available.

Yes. Freedom Villa has a commercial license, is tax registered and complies with all local regulations. Many villas in Bali are not legal and visitors risk losing their holidays, should authorities become aware.
All our staff salaries are paid legally, with additional benefits, such as medical insurance, pension contributions, and holidays.

Yes. Our water is derived from a deep well on the property and is cleaned by filtration for hardness and bacteria before its stored. Whilst its ok for brushing teeth, showers etc, we recommend you drink our supplied bottle water in every room and fridge.
Our kitchen has a reverse osmosis tap that produces very clean drinking quality water. This is used for cooking, and making ice.

Freedom villa supplies universal socket converters to accommodate your electrical goods and chargers.
We also have an onsite diesel generator in the rare event the Bali power supply shuts down so your stay with us, never skips a beat.
